Sarah Jane Baker, the trans woman who was arrested for saying “punch terfs” at London Pride, is now on hunger strike and refusing all food and fluids until she is moved to a women’s prison.
Just so we’re clear, moving her to a women’s prison would be the bare fucking minimum the state could do. She shouldn’t be in prison at all, the police and parole board only changed their decision not to arrest her due to pressure from the Home Office. Once again, Suella Braverman is an overreaching authoritarian piece of shit.

Hawaii’s history is full of the government, military, and U.S. investors betraying Hawaii’s trust and desecrating our culture. TMT and Red Hill (Navy poisons drinking water) are just recent examples.
Another reason you should support locals directly is because some organizations like Red Cross have been treating locals like shit. Generally being uncaring or just standing around acting like security guards.
Personally I’d like to be fundraising for Maui Strong or Maui Mutual Aid but that’s not an option on Twitch or Tiltify and I dont want to handle the donation money directly.
So for now I’m fundraising for Direct Relief since they aren’t gonna send haole volunteers and instead supply and support locals.

It’s a lot easier to prevent cramps from getting bad than to stop them once they already are. Take the medicine sooner and use the heating pad sooner rather than later.
This is true of pain medication for ANY condition. My mom drilled this into me back when she worked as an O.R. nurse: Do not wait until the pain is bad. If you know it’s going to be, get ahead of it. First cramp? Medicate now. Twinges of a headache? Medicate now. Pulled your back and you know you’ll feel it later? Medicate NOW.
